Intellisense Issue #2937

Describe the Issue
Usually I have no problem with this but randomly I opened my code and it seems my intellisense isn't working correctly anymore. I'm using VSCode, and I have the following extensions: C#, C# Dev Kit, and .NET Install Tool. I also downloaded the lastest versions of .NET online.
I have tried:
Reinstalling VSCode & .NET
Deleting AppData/Roaming/Code for full reset
Made sure to trust the author
Verified solution file was found
Disabling/Reinstalling/Restarting Extensions
Maybe it is something simple and I look stupid, but I CANNOT figure it out. Plz help
