[Bug]: Connection groups can be dragged into themselves

Description

Connection groups should not be able to be dragged onto itself. This results in the group (and all connections) disappearing).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a connection group
2. Drag connection group onto self

Expectation:

• nothing happens

Reality:

• connection is reparented under itself, resulting in it disappearing from the Object Explorer.
