Prevent our application to be added to winget repository

Hi,

I'm working for Dstny and we'd like to prevent our application to be added to the winget community repository, and that it be placed on the deny list.
Here was a request which was approved (for the brand 3Kontakt in Denmark):

It was then removed in this request:
#268407

But we'd like to prevent this to happen again as our application is distributed under multiple brand names, but all versions share the same ProductId.
So it creates update conflicts, where users installed under one brand may receive updates from a different brand.

Is it able to configure @wingetbot or any other bots to automatically detect these requests and close it as not planned? Maybe also tag it with some labels like Blocking-By-Publishers?
