Mail Delete Doesn't Move Mail to Deleted Items folder

While wasn't an issue when technical users were using the MCP in CoWork a users can delete mail and they need to go into the recovery folder to get it back if they do it on error. IMO deletion should be a move to the Deleted Items so the average user can recover from an error without a service require to their IT staff.
