Starting of a stream doesn’t work after stopping

After stream has been stopped (exception takes place), Start does not work:
KinectStartColorStream(m_hKCBHandle);

KinectEnable[stream-name]() should always be called before calling KinectStart[stream-name](). This also applies to StartAllStreams() method that should be preceded by Enable...() for each sensor. This requirement is satisfied when switching between color and IR streams (In the TestApp) but is missing when starting the stream.
