BUG:Manager - Project Selection

Describe the bug
attempting to access any project as a manager user causes server error

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Login as Manager
2. Click on a project
3. See error

Expected behaviour
When logged in as manager, projects should display fully and normally
