It is possible to avoid the use of *.icloud files in the repo?
Currently 82871dd, there are 66 files with .icloud postfix, 42 of them in AMIPAC folder.

The problem is that when my disk is full, the operating system automatically uploads files to the cloud, replacing them with .icloud files (which are de facto pointers to files in the cloud). I have no idea how to solve it altogether (apart from changing the computer to one with a larger disk)... :-(
