Can this plugin be extended to install luarocks, the lua package manager?

Or is there some other recommended way to set up luarocks for use with mise? I checked the tool registry but I didn't see it.

i also cannot even install this for some reason. i get an error.
luarocks i ended up having to do brew install luarocks
