webpack:build:dev:watch deletes files in Public/CKEditor

[Alphatone]

The watch task empties the folders /public/typo3conf/ext/kutschertemplate/Resources/Public/CKEditor/* therefore CKEditor fields in the BE do not work anymore.

Running webpack:build:dev copies the files as intended
