On brave browser with metamask extension wallet balances do not load on first load of website

**Bug Description**

Seems wallet balances won't load in at first load of the website. Always gotta refresh the site an additional time. Started happening about a week ago. I suspect it isn't just me since I have the same issue on tangoswap and theyre just a fork. And to clarify my wallet address automatically loads in the top corner but my balances don't until I reload the site one more time.
