Main level tutorials don't really work #71
Description
Someone set up a main level (yrtoolkit folder) index.html to list out the available tutorials, but it was done with duplicate html files for each tutorial, so some are out of sync with the matching tutorial in the sub-directories. It's a nice way to list out all the tutorials, but the way it's currently implemented does not work well. It also relates to issue #70, as this level has one set of HowTos (general) vs the specific HowTos for each of the tutorials found in the subdirectories.
