Tachyon not working

Hi yesterday I installed tachyon after reinstalling twice and adding missing dll files I tried to stream and it said there was an unspecified error

also same errors appear and it doesn't wanna open same as tachyon

That's a tachyon log, do you have a recent logfile that identifies as OBS 18.0.1-ftl 0.9.4 in one of the first lines of the log ? Alternatively can u attach a screenshot of the error message ?
