Sync feature stop working after a while

Hello,

We we were able to properly set the import Mixpanel --> Sheets very easily and one-off sync worked smoothly.

However, when switching from "run" to recurring "sync", I noticed that after a while the hourly sync put on hold. And the way to resume the sync is forcing a manual "Sync Now!" in the extension menu.

Is there any way to avoid that the sync goes into sleep mode?
Is this a bug or potential issue on our end (e.g. with API calling)?
Is there any alternative way to trigger the function behind the "Sync Now!"

i'm looking at your event stream and i see syncs running with no errors over the last few days.... is this resolved?

we can't touch your syncs, but you can see your active triggers and executions here:
https://script.google.com/home/triggers

do you see any execution errors there?

Hello Thanks for getting back to me and better investigating the issue. I currently have 6 sheets syncing from Mixpanel to 6 different google sheets. The success rate is 50% (3 yes and 3 not syncing). See here: https://www.screencast.com/t/t0XGszw68 I checked the Triggers but I am not able to link each trigger with each of the 6 sheets (see below) Any suggestions?
