Suggestion: Blacklist tag for Hopper

Some mods add inventories that should not be accessible to automation, or even to access by certain players. Currently, the Hopper spell can bypass restrictions like that, since it just directly scans and manipulates the slots of whatever you target.

I would suggest adding some kind of blacklist tag for inventories that the Hopper spell should not work on, which would include things like the Heartbound Chest from Spectrum and the Safe from Supplementaries.
