As facilitator I want a consistently scheduled drop-in Zoom room for related discussions

The Species File Group has several repeating events that explore some of these topics in the context of TaxonWorks. I think we'd be ammenable to hosting another regular hour (if kept to that hour) with focus on the monographic process (with/out reference to TaxonWorks as needed). Thoughts?

Maybe we can make a plan to start working on a workflow and how to best use the tools available in TaxonWorks.
When we talked about this earlier this week, we determined that there are several modules in TaxonWorks that can be used for:

• Specimen data
• Nomenclature
• Matrix building
• Image management and annotation
• Bibliographic sources
  So maybe we can start playing around with these tools. An approach can be that we have a session where monographers can be shown how to use one or two of the modules, then we work on our own and see if there are questions or suggested improvements by the next session, otherwise we move on to the next modules. If there were tutorials available on how to use the tools, then we could skip showing and get quicker to doing... perhaps we can even think of creating these tutorials if they don't exist?

We could think of one of these: NSF Research Coordination Networks Grants. I already have a list of potential monographers who might be interested in using TaxonWorks tools...
