fix: arrow-keys not working from beginning

Description

After initially opening the Presentation, clicking the right arrow key does not result in showing the next slide. Only after clicking on the next-slide-button with my mouse and displaying the second slide, the arrow keys start working.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Start a presentation
2. Click the right arrow button

Expected Behavior

The second slide is shown.

Edit: I tried configuring different keys for the 'next page' trigger but the behavior is the same.

@nietsmmar on which platform this behaviour occurs? Do you have anything focusable in the first slide (e.g., another app injected there)?

@mkobuolys I built it in web. Sorry, I forgot to mention this in the bug report. My first slide is a simple SVG-image.

after clicking to the second slide I can use the arrow keys to get back to slide one and then proceed to go to slide two.

The example presentation works properly. Could you confirm that? When launching the presentation, do you have a focus on the browser window itself?

Yes, the example works well. I have focus on the browser window itself. Also clicking on the presentation does not fix the issue.

This issue arises because I have my FlutterDeckApp wrapped with this, where widget.child is the FlutterDeckApp:

to be able to close the presentation on escape key pressed. This is requesting focus when the presentation is opened which results in the arrow-keys for switching slides not working.
