Optional flag for `make_hgrid::gnomonic` to output grid data matching `Pace` layout

Description
The current format for output grid data from make_hgrid needs to be altered for use in Pace. To reduce computation within Pace for the grid data, an additional flag for make_hgrid::gnomonic could be added to output the data in the desired format.
