Multiple note refs on the same line overlap

If one has multiple skeleton elements or notes on the same line, their numbers in the margin end up on top of each other.

Could have a local option that (manually) provides a vertical adjustment (e.g., a multiple of \baselineskip) to the \marginnote command used internally.

A workaround, for now, could be something like:

\NewDocumentCommand \skelvadj {O{}+m} {%
    {\def\marginnotevadjust{#1\baselineskip}#2}%
}

Used, e.g., like:

\skelnote{Lorem ipsum}
Dolor sit amet~\skelvadj{\skelcite{Consetetur sadipscing.}}.

A third skeleton element (with a note) appearing on the same line could then use \skelvadj[2]{…}, etc.
