"Okay ghost" is recognized as "OK, ghost" in Edge #21
Description
Microsoft Edge's Speech Recognition (through Azure Cognitive Services) adds punctuation and shortens "Okay" to "Ok". I might have to handle some words by adding another instance of the command with the other spelling of the word.
