Running repeatscout and keep getting this error

What could be wrong?

I am seeing the same message, "RepeatScout did not return any models," when I run RepeatScout (installed as part of RepeatModeler) on rice chromosome 12 test data. The log file doesn't provide much insight as to how I should troubleshoot this. Any suggestions?
