Unknown histogram data at 176:183

There looks to be histogram data in registers 178:183 (it may extend to 177 and 176, too). It's usually a gaussian distribution, with a peak at 180 or 179.

Numbers in these registers increase rarely.

The sum of the histogram is almost always greater than the number of redlink charges. Often 2-3x the number of charges.
