install error

Hi very sorry kind of new to this so it might be something simple I'm currently trying to us the pip install -r requirements.txt command in python however it keeps giving me a invalid syntax error and the word install appears in red I'm on windows 10 and not sure how to proceed at this point

What happens when you type pip -h. Note that pip should be run from the command line (press window key and type "command prompt" or "powershell"), and not from within python

pip commands shows , I retried the original command from cmd pip install -r requirements.txt in cmd it says that requirements.txt doesn't exist but i verified the file being there

try pip install pyserial then pip install requests

I ran both they seemed to work i then tried the command again same issue

Which command? You should be using python.exe m18.py and from within the directory that has m18.py

If it doesn't work, copy and paste the command you used and its output.
