Crash with Pacifist mod

Switch to one of the military classes and it crashes apparently. With Pacifist mod.

Repro is easy: Bob's classes, Pacifist 2.2.23, new game, select fighter.

No errors on Balanced and Crafter class.

Note that the mentioned items simply don't exist, as Pacifist removes their prototypes from the game.

Consider either of the following:

• a map setting that enables/disables insertion of weaponry into the inventory (and possibly disable the Fighter class)
• detect whether enemies are enabled in the map gen settings and skip the insertion accordingly (and possibly disable the Fighter class)
• harden the mod against any mods that may remove the items by checking whether they actually exist before inserting them

I think that ought to be fairly easy to implement. I wouldn't want to remove the Fighter entirely, since even in a pacifist run, it has the advantage of being the fastest.
