Does Python SDK support dynamic tool definition updates in mcp server as MCP documentation?

Issue Description
The MCP documentation states that MCP supports updating tool definitions dynamically. However, there is no clear documentation or examples demonstrating how to use this feature via the Python SDK.

If not:

• Is this feature planned?
• Are there temporary workarounds to achieve dynamic updates?
