Facebook Javascript SDK Issues

There are some peculiarities to the way the Facebook SDK functions in the context of a Chomre extension, especially since we want to run the extension on the Facebook site.

Using source from Ben Hiller's Chrome extension to build the Facebook interaction of PGfb.
