New version of clippy that does tooltips on hover?

It looks like github it using a new version with tooltips instead of keeping blank whitespace to the right of the button.

Anyone know how we can track down a copy of that bad boy?

Hi, it seems to be used in connection with the jquery tipsy plugin: http://archive.plugins.jquery.com/project/tipsy

edit: they use the following fork of clippy: https://github.com/kneath/clippy (which comes with a callback function and reads content to copy in a div)
Tooltips are generated by tipsy using javascript. Take a look at their .js code, they instance a new GitHub.ClippableBehavior object on each .js-clippy element of a page
