more than 24 hours for importing prices

Hello,

I made a complete import with the EPFImporter, it took roughly 30 hours, more than 24 hours for the pricing alone.
I am looking to improve that import time, are there any suggestions?.
A question:
Isn't the price for an item in the app store the same worldwide? Or is that only true for applications?
At least, I could restrict price imports to certain countries, where would I start?
Using the epf-flat data is not an option, because it's missing the application details, like description and the other screenshots.
