Paste Button/Field unavailable if original is deleted

Can't paste a button or field if the original is deleted.

Steps to reproduce:

• Copy a button using Edit > Copy Button
• Delete the button
• Note that Edit > Paste Button isn't available, and has changed to Paste Card

Same thing happens when copying/deleting/pasting a field.

Workaround:

• Copy the button/field
• Paste the button/field
• Delete the original

Found when utilizing copy/paste to change z-ordering.

I think I can use serializeVelCompressed internally to implement this.
