[DDR A3] Patch to enable Dan courses on non-Gold cabinet layout?

Specifically requesting for ***MDX-001-2024040200***, but patches for any version is also appreciated

I'd like to have Dan courses available by default without having to enable the cabinet type 6 patch, because for some reason my "SSQ Offset/Sound Offset" patch option gets ignored completely when I play on the Gold layout. This makes it feel offsync when playing any song, so I try to avoid using it.

Does a patch to "force" enable Dan courses exist? I'd imagine it would be similar to the Unlock All Songs patch.
Alternatively, is there a solution to fix the game ignoring the SSQ offset when the cabinet type is 6 (Gold)?
