Preprocessing input files #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
When I try to run my notes for negation detection, I get this error message -

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
General NegEx Python Implementation v.1.2
On Windows XP
Please provide any additional information below.
I processed the input file to match the demo input
