Pango instead of Cairo #1
Description
currently out of the box the libgdiplus uses the cairo.
but it has too many limitations and issues.
but now some issues may be fixed by the pango library
for example https://github.com/dotnet/corefx/issues/32631
can you provide the pango-based libgdiplus package?
