Make it usable in an easy way on Windows machines

It should be possible to create some kind of binary release / easy to use installer in order to make it usable in an easy way on windows machines

Perhaps it is needed to ditch PyRow and create something using the original SDK? This way we could avoid the dependency on PyUSB and libUSB which does not seem to be easily installed
