Blank screens, montoyo.net is down apparently, is that the cause?

Howdy another linux user here with it not working, but today its not linux

montoyo.net is under maintence, this site is what the mod pulls from to get some file, with out it its not happy, I only get blank screens and not even a local html in my files work.
