Update doctrine/cache dependency to pin to 1.10

Doctrine cache is dropping it's cache implementation: see doctrine/cache#354

Please update the composer.json accordingly. I believe changing the requirement to from ~1.0 to ^1.10 will avoid projects using moodev/weasel failing due to inadvertently going to 1.11
