Printting interrupt will not stop cooling fan.

If user interrupt printing process, cooler will stay active ( if it was active with PWM > 10% and <90% ). You can stop it with **FlashPrint Control Panel** or any other way to send printer M107 command. It will not affect to next print and so on.
