Suggestion: autoload in summary mode

This is a summarizer's analog of the Look for new lines feature.

If autosave (#20) is implemented, then maybe something like:

When in summary mode, if scrolled to the end of the page, using the same timing logic as autosave, if there are new lines on the server, do a complete reload of the page and switch to summary mode.
