Indexing and dictionary settings

• Actual progress output on indexing.
• An option to disable a dictionary without deleting (keep index).
• dictionary scanning breaks if you do as much as switch apps.
• don't redetect and reindex dictionaries if they were just moved around in the folder. If the file has the same hash (and maybe the same name), keep the original index.
• per dictionary settings: e.g. collapse by default (for example, a thesaurus that I only use occasionally)
• reindex dict if updated (if dsl file is overwritten with a newer/different size version)
• Allow resetting location in Settings. For example, if you choose '/', you can't go back.
• Allow SD card in locations.
