Search improvements

• case-insensitive matching of headwords (man and Man)
• open IME automatically when opening the app (to search immediately instead of having to click first)
• an option to search within all text (articles/definitions) of a dictionary (not just headwords).

I think the search should be case-insensitive already,
would need to dig the code to confirm though.
Any dsl sample to test?

search itself is case-insensitive, but the articles shown are case-sensitive. For example:

• search "man"
• both "man" and "Man" headwords are suggested "completions".
• If you tap "man", definitions of "man" only are shown. definitions of "Man" are not shown.
