Change header in bam

Dear all,
I have problems with header after realignment of abra tool. Do you have same problem? FixMateInformation doesn't work.

No, we've not encountered header problems with ABRA.

If you suspect ABRA is causing an issue with the header, please provide the headers of the input BAM file, the output BAM file and examples of downstream errors you are seeing.

Also, please make sure to sort and index the output BAM file prior to downstream processing.
