Consider scanning site for /incidents-and-cases.json #122

This is a big project/feature idea so it's not immediately actionable. But something to discuss for a future iteration (or Test Pilot experiment?)

WhoTracks.me published an analysis of the effects of GDPR. One of their recommendations for GDPR 2.0 is:

/incidents-and-cases.json - Data Incidents reported have increased as a consequence of GDPR. This information should also be made available to the public. The web is currently built and operated largely on trust. As such, transparency over the amount of incidents a given website or service has had to report is very important. Furthermore, provide a list of the open court cases involving the mismanagement of personal data the company is involved in.

This is close to our idea for a web-wide standard for breach disclosure. It may be worth some more brainstorming.
