i use windows 10 to devekop Android app

i follow https://www.rust-lang.org/tools/install to install rust

&

rustup toolchain install stable-x86_64-pc-windows-gnu
rustup default stable-x86_64-pc-windows-gnu

rustup target add aarch64-linux-android
rustup self update
cargo clean
cargo install cargo-ndk

but when build the example-app

get error
