Support default payment methods #518
Description
There is a concept of working with a default payment method:
- UX flow: http://payments.readthedocs.org/en/latest/_images/ux-management-flow.png
- UX screens: http://payments.readthedocs.org/en/latest/_images/ux-management-wireframe.png
This is to add the initial data model changes for defaults but not to implement API changes all UX cases yet.
