Make the descriptor a URL

One suggestion to reducing charge backs is to make the descriptor a URL (it will have to be short). The descriptor is the thing that appears on the credit card bill... and then we point that to a page that provides lots of information and maybe a link to the management interface.

Here's an example: http://37signals.com/charge

We'll need to make a corresponding page in the UI as well.

👍 the few companies that do this I adore. It makes strange charges a lot clearer to me.
