build SpiderMonkey and SpiderNode in different stages #383
Description
Travis jobs regularly fail because they time out, especially the external SpiderMonkey jobs on Mac. Now that Travis supports build stages, as a beta feature anyway, we should be able to avoid those timeouts by building SpiderMonkey and SpiderNode in different stages.
