Find alternative to detect manual user input instead of third party script while handling addon setup

In the current version of the addon, removing this if condition here: https://github.com/mozmark/ringleader/blob/master/lib/config.js#L267 -- makes the addon to work to some extent. Thus, we must find a way to substitute this if condition without breaking the addon's functionality!
