Add Compatibility for Chest Names

Currently, chest renaming fails with a non-fatal error, and chest conversion loses all chest name data, even in the case of /convchests -r, which is unfortunate.

• Support chests moved into IC having names
• Preserve chest names on conversion
• Preserve chest names on restoration
• Support chest renaming

I'm not a C# programmer and I don't have a ton of spare time, so suggestions and PRs are welcomed.
