Problems with Keybinding "Listening Mode"

Setting up articulate using Push to Talk with certain keybinds disables some of the F keys. For instance, I bound Left Control and units 2-5 won't work. I changed it to Left Shift and unit 5 won't work. I use Continuous and everything works perfectly. I am still trying to find a keybind that works without issue. Yes, I am running as Admin.
