Item.link returns null

Hi, I really appreciate your efforts which makes it very easy to parse rss feeds. I am having problem while fetching Item.link , when I used to print object I can see link is not inside any tag and there's only closing tag for . Kindly check and let me know if I am wrong.

Hi! I'm encountering this same issue! This is an awesome library and would work great in my project. Just wanted to see if this was fixed. I will take a look to see if I can figure it out.

Nevermind -- this was solved by using the version of BeautifulSoup per the requirements.txt; this problem apparently only occurs with later versions of BeautifulSoup

This is a bug in pyPodcastParser.
Easy to fix though. And once corrected, it will work with modern versions of BS (4.8.2 in my case).

BeautifulSoup's default "html.parser" mangles "link" tags.

Change "html.parser" to "xml" in those two places. Then install a suitable xml parser.

End users can edit their local copy of "Podcast.py" themselves while they wait for an update.
Dev note: Project requirements will need to be amended to include lxml, as well as allowing newer BeautifulSoups.
