first of all, I would like to say thank you for such great work you do!
I would like to suggest adding playing different confirmation sound and pulling sound for every task. For instance, when ticket for "Task one" will be pulled, sound sound_one.mp3 will be played. When ticket for "Task two" will be pulled, sound sound_two.mp3 will be played.
