Halt sequence not working

Describe the bug
When the halt button is pressed, the sequence does not stop

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start a sequence
2. Click on Halt Sequence - a square button on the bottom right of the panel

Expected behavior
The sequence should stop
